PDF Management Solution

I cannot personally delete files from the servers after I have converted them with the ODG to PDF converter.

Solved by ODG to PDF

The Problem

The problem is related to the use of the ODG to PDF converter of the PDF24 Tools. After converting my OpenDocument graphic files into PDF formats, I found that I can't manually remove the files from the servers. This situation poses a problem as I want to maintain control over the security of my converted data. The online converter does offer an automatic delete function, but a manual option to delete the converted files would be advantageous for additional security and data control. This problem could be solved if the PDF24 Tool gives the user the possibility to personally remove the files from the servers after the conversion.

The Solution

To ensure the safety and control of your converted files, the PDF24 tool could implement a feature that allows users to manually delete the files from the servers. After you have converted your ODG file into PDF format, an option would appear prompting you to delete the file now or leave it on the server. You can then select the option that suits your needs. This feature gives you full control and additional security of your files and ensures that your data is really deleted as soon as you are done with the tool.
